- If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation or service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made without a 48-hour notice, or no-shows, will incur a $125 fee. This fee covers administrative costs and lost opportunities to serve other customers. Some exceptions, like emergencies or unforeseen events, may apply, but the waiver decision rests with management.
